Alleged Snake Bite with Fatal Antemortem Aspiration: A diagnostic Conundrum

The determination of the cause death in alleged snake bite deaths presents a great challenge for autopsy surgeons at autopsy. Unwitnessed bites, improper history, unavailable clinical records, and absent marks on external examination often impact assessment snakebite by surgeons. This is even more complicated when involves an unusual or obscure site, example, scalp. It encountered neurotoxic bites which are associated with minimal no local findings site. We describe case head, wherein relatives deceased old lady claimed that cobra bit her vertex region scalp before being brought dead to hospital. However, significant life-threatening conditions such as fatal myocardial infarction antemortem aspiration food up terminal bronchiole were found rather than evidence snakebite. role cases described this report.
